Job Overview
We are seeking an organised PR Account Administrator to join our growing marketing agency team.
This role will support account managers and directors across a range of client accounts in sectors such as construction, engineering, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PR account team, including scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and preparing agendas and meeting notes.
- Assist with the collation of media coverage for all clients.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular client reports and coverage books.
- Maintain client campaign plans to ensure teams meet deadlines, and deliverables.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and research for new business opportunities.
- Ensure all client and media databases are kept up to date.
- Carry out general office tasks and meeting preparation as and when required.
Requirements
Educated to A-level or equivalent.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or communications role (including internships) is desirable but not essential.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
