  • Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Reporting to: Creative Director

Job Overview

We're looking for a Lead Creative Producer to build and lead our video and moving content capability, working at the heart of our Creative, PR and Content teams.

This is a creative-first role for someone who's as comfortable behind a camera as they are with AI-powered production tools. You'll help shape our video, motion and experiential content, contribute to campaign ideas from the outset, and play an active role in the wider development of EPIC ideas.

You'll have hands-on experience producing video and motion content alongside a working knowledge of generative AI tools and how they're changing content production. You'll be comfortable working across B2B clients in a fast-paced agency environment, managing external suppliers and translating strategic concepts into video, visual and live/experiential formats.

This is a strategic, creative and commercial role that requires someone who is commercially aware, proactive and ideas-driven – with the creative confidence to pitch ideas and the practical skills to bring them to life.

Key responsibilities

Creative & campaign contribution

  • Contribute to campaign ideas from the outset, ensuring they are designed for multi-format and experiential execution
  • Translate strategic concepts into video, visual and live/experiential formats
  • Source and work with third-party suppliers where applicable

Pitch & new business support

  • Create video and motion-led assets for pitches
  • Bring ideas to life in a more compelling way to improve conversion rates
  • Support new business with visual and experiential storytelling

Client video and motion delivery

  • Produce and oversee video, social and experiential content, including campaign films, interviews, event content, explainers and live content
  • Ensure all output is rooted in client strategy, audience and commercial objectives
  • Work with the GTM and Content team to help shape plans across video and experiential formats

Productisation

  • Develop repeatable, sellable content products, including executive video programmes, AI-led content delivery systems, and event-to-content and experiential packages
  • Use generative AI tools to build scalable, repeatable content products

Collaboration

  • Work closely with our PR, content and creative teams to ensure joined-up delivery
  • Support stronger integration between written, video and experiential content

Agency marketing

  • Lead video content for Lesniak Swann marketing
  • Help build a stronger external profile for the agency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video production, ideally within a B2B agency or content studio environment
  • A working knowledge of generative AI tools and how they're changing content production
  • The creative confidence to pitch ideas and the practical skills to bring them to life
  • Comfortable managing external suppliers and working across multiple briefs simultaneously
  • A genuine interest in how video, experiential and written content can work together
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shape sellable, repeatable content products
  • Confident in client-facing situations and comfortable presenting ideas and results

Desirable skills

  • Experience producing experiential or event-led content
  • Familiarity with AI-led production techniques and tools
  • Background in executive thought leadership or content-led campaigns
  • Experience working alongside PR, content or creative teams in an integrated environment
