  • Reporting to: Senior Account Manager - PR & Content
  • Salary: £36,500 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Overview

The ideal person will be ideas-led and proactive. Someone who can take a message or insight and bring it to life across the right formats and channels, rather than defaulting to a single approach.

  • Identifying opportunities to repurpose PR, thought leadership and campaign content into new formats to maximise reach and value
  • Taking a channel-agnostic approach, matching content to the most effective formats and platforms
  • Supporting employee advocacy and influencer-style activity, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Working closely with PR, creative and account teams, including briefing and collaborating with our creative production team
  • Monitoring and reporting on content and social performance, using platform analytics and GA4 to understand what’s working and why
  • Analysing performance data to make informed recommendations and continuously improve content effectiveness
  • Tracking content activity against wider campaign and client objectives, helping demonstrate the impact of content on engagement, traffic and lead generation
  • Supporting Lesniak Swann’s own social and content activity

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years’ experience in a content, social or B2B marketing role
  • Strong experience creating social-first content, particularly for LinkedIn
  • Ideas-driven, with the ability to turn one concept into multiple engaging content formats
  • Confident in managing social channels and content end-to-end
  • Experience in content repurposing and adapting content across formats and channels
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience in community management and audience engagement
  • Comfortable using analytics to evaluate and improve performance
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
  • Confident working with clients and internal teams

Desirable skills

  • Experience with paid social campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta)
  • Exposure to SEO or website content optimisation
  • Experience with employee advocacy or influencer-style programmes
