Joining them at Lesniak Swann is Selina Talbot who has returned to the team as an Account Manager having previously held the role of Account Executive, and now supports with marketing activity for clients including Nuaire and F.Ball .

Catherine Mountford has also joined as a PR Account Manager working alongside Maggie Morrissey, having originally worked as a regional news reporter and content editor and copywriter, while the most recent appointment to the team is CRM and business development manager Paula Craven. Paula has held customer sales and support specialist roles in the construction industry and will be focussing on new client acquisition and developing the business strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms.

Managing Director of Lesniak Swann, Alex Swann said: “We are pleased to welcome Selina, Catherine, and Paula to the team as they bring a blend of experience and talent which will ensure we can meet our growth target to turnover £5m by 2030.

“Because we specialise in helping businesses with a technical proposition or complex route to market it’s crucial that our team is smart and experienced enough to understand and properly support those client needs. The new hires and promotions are a testament to this.

“We’re here to help grow our clients’ businesses and this means supporting them with more strategic thinking in how their marketing activity is aligned with commercial goals. Matt has already proved more than capable of delivering results in this respect, and within Lesniak Swann, so his new title better reflects this and is well deserved.

“Our PR department has also delivered some remarkable results for our clients and a large part of that success is due to Maggie and her considerable skill in building strong relationships with both our clients and their target media editors, so we’re delighted that she is now our PR Account Director.”

The growth of the PR team and specialism within technical or complex B2B markets now means the agency works alongside a range of global and national clients including Michelin, Caterpillar® distributor Finning UK & Ireland, Nuaire, Polypipe, JELD-WEN, and Etex.
