B2B specialist Lesniak Swann ranks amongst UK’s very best agencies to work for
Stoke-based Lesniak Swann has beaten off competition from some of the UK’s biggest agencies to rank high in a prestigious study to find the best workplaces in the marketing industry – finishing seventh across all UK agencies and in the top five for boutique agencies.
Run by Campaign magazine, Best Places to Work 2024 involved a demanding two-stage assessment, which consisted of submitting information about benefits, policies and practices, with staff then also completing a confidential questionnaire on their workplace’s culture.
This meant that Lesniak Swann needed to not only impress the judges but also receive positive feedback from employees too.
From tailored development plans to mental health support, Lesniak Swann is committed to the long-term benefit of its employees. It offers a flexible working policy around core hours, and all team members can work remotely for 50% of their working week, enabling them to maintain a work-life balance and bring their best to the company environment. The agency is also currently undergoing the rigorous process to become B Corp certified.
Alexander Swann, Managing Director of Lesniak Swann, said: “It means a lot to the company to be recognised and celebrated. We’re committed to ensuring we provide the right type of environment to enable our people to thrive and deliver the best possible work for our clients. It’s important that everyone feels supported and we believe that in offering our staff comprehensive skills and knowledge development, and the freedom to make their own decisions, we’re able to retain highly skilled individuals who are invested in the company’s future.”
Maggie Morrissey, Head of PR at Lesniak Swann, said: “We’re proud of the culture and work environment we’ve created. It’s imperative that employees get the most out of their time with us without compromising on quality time with their family, whilst also helping them achieve their professional goals. Skills retention is key to our success, and thanks to our employee rewards and benefits, we find that most people stick around longer than is normal in the agency world.”
