- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (with some flexibility depending on experience)
Job Overview
As our new GTM planner you’ll play a key role in delivering a full range of commercially-focused campaigns for some of the biggest brands in B2B - from tech and telecoms to energy and engineering.
Forming a critical part of our client facing team, you’ll be providing strategic counsel to senior in-house marketers and developing effective GTM plans that create measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement: act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing a sounding board and where needed persuading them to take the most effective option.
- Strategic direction: provide expert direction on how clients can best achieve success for their brand, demand and lead generation activity in line with wider commercial and brand strategy.
- Media Planning: planning the execution and optimisation of brand and demand campaigns across the full digital and offline media mix.
- Campaign delivery and optimisation: work closely with our performance specialists to ensure campaigns are launched, run and optimised for the best results.
- Workshop facilitation: be a lead facilitator in client workshops, keep attendees engaged, be the strategic voice in the room and guide the discussion.
- Sales and marketing alignment: act as the lynchpin in helping client sales and marketing teams to align for better campaign results.
- Customer research: play a hands-on role in conducting both quant and qual research and interpreting this to guide the development of campaigns and brands.
Requirements
Educated to degree level or above.
Proven track record of developing campaigns that have generated clear commercial results.
Experience
Relevant experience in agency or comparable in-house strategy roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
Skills
- Commercially minded in developing the most effective, profitable campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, able to distil quant and qual information into key insights.
- Enjoys finding novel, creative ways to solve problems and turning these into recommendations the client buys into.
- Proficient in how to get the best results from a range of ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn etc) and martech (Hubspot, Eloqua, Salesforce etc).
- Comfortable in mastering fast changing digital practices and tools such as AI.
