Chris comes from a freelance background where he worked with a number of open source systems, before joining a local web agency and moving to bespoke solutions. Specialising in eCommerce websites, he is skilled in PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS and has launched a number of high volume / high turnover sites.
Mark is joint founder of Lesniak Swann, and brings 20 years blue-chip experience across a wide range of disciplines to the business. With experience at London agencies Grey, Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather, Mark’s focus is on delivering big brand ideas consistently across digital and print platforms. When not delivering integrated marketing campaigns, Mark enjoys the great outdoors; walking and cycling with his family throughout the UK.
Alex is joint founder of Lesniak Swann, and is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and its clients. With experience client-side in the financial sector, Alex always keeps one eye on the clients’ return on marketing spend. Along with strategic marketing communications, Alex’s other passion is fly-fishing; it doesn’t matter what for, as long as there’s no phone reception.
Design Studio Manager
Local boy Julian has a belting 20 years’ industry experience working on some big household brands including Morphy Richards, Parker Knoll, Burco, Michelin and Yale. Julian’s senior role still allows him time on the creative pitch, whilst managing the studio team. Julian is a mad keen mountain biker, Stoke City fan and roller coaster rider.
Josh is from a freelance background working on many large projects. He has worked with many agencies throughout the UK to gain invaluable experience.
Scott has worked for domestic and international clients. He has over 10 years’ industry experience developing web applications and sites to industry standard across REST and OAuth based APIs provided by Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and Google. A big believer in open source software, Scott is also a Manchester United fan, and spends most of his time outside of work playing football.
Chelsea provides support to the Account Managers to help manage client accounts and support in the delivery of projects. Chelsea recently completed her Level 3 Diploma in Business Admin and is currently studying for her CIM Professional Certificate. When she’s not at work, she enjoys keeping up to date with the latest industry news and spending time with her friends.
Aussie Amanda has worked agency side for over 12 years. Amanda is the direct client contact and manages all aspects of client account from the initial brief through to concepts and execution of projects. Amanda is also a fully qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner. Not many people know this, but Amanda was a junior rowing champion back home in Australia.
Chris comes with over 16 years’ experience working for blue chip web design agencies and one of the UK’s biggest media management services. When he’s not designing award-winning campaigns, Chris enjoys playing the guitar, and spending time with his three daughters.
Jo has worked in the industry on the agency side for over 12 years. Jo is the direct client contact and manages all aspects of client accounts from the initial brief through to concepts and execution of projects. Jo is also a fully qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner. When she’s not at work, Jo is known to take part in bog snorkelling championships, as well as spending time out and about with her kids.
Paula has been with Lesniak Swann since its inception, and is very experienced in dealing with suppliers, assembling quotes and generally keeping us all in line! When she’s not looking after the team here, she keeps busy looking after her horses and competing in show-jumping events.
Simon is a creative web developer with a strong technology foundation, and an inventive approach to problem solving. Simon has a passion for researching the latest trends, fine-tuning their implementation, and a love of creating compelling web sites and user experiences. When he’s not fine-tuning websites, he’s most likely to be found rewiring his house with the latest technology and gadgets.
Web UX Designer
James has over 8 years of experience working with some of the world’s largest brands in sales and marketing. His knowledge of customer behaviours, needs and limitations, mean he is more than capable of both creating and fine tuning great user experience. His work always focuses around user centred design and, when allowed, attempts to push the boundaries.
When James isn’t designing the latest prototypes, he’s at the movies, eating out with the missus or walking the dog.
Kim has a BA Hons Advertising & Brand Management. After graduating from Staffordshire University, Kim has worked agency-side with a variety of clients, from retail to pharmaceutical companies, covering a range of media – from digital to print and design. When she’s not managing clients, she can be found cooking up a storm in her kitchen, and playing the acoustic guitar.
