Stoke – you can’t leave


After several years of globe-trotting (and a few multi-million-pound AdWords accounts), Chris Barcroft has decided to return to Stoke-on-Trent and Lesniak Swann as head of digital.

Chris will lead our digital advertising team, focusing on PPC and social. He has previously worked on the strategy, execution and management of online advertising accounts exceeding £8 million, and brings global experience and perspective to our team.

In the UK, his achievements include building a successful in-house PPC team at Missguided, as well as managing a budget of £4.5 million in his role as PPC and affiliates manager for Manchester Airports Group. He later become the group’s digital analyst.

At iProspect in Sydney, meanwhile, he was responsible for digital marketing budgets of up to AUS$15 million across several Woolworths Group (Australia’s largest supermarket) accounts.

As a freelance, Chris has already helped deliver exceptional results for Lesniak Swann clients. A recent campaign for Stoke-on-Trent College saw us combine search, social, retargeting and Google Analytics insights to increase traffic to its adult skills site by 173 per cent and to its main site by 39 per cent.
